Job Functions > Service and provide support to existing customers as well as establishing new customer base.
> Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person, and via telephone calls and emails.
> Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
> Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations.
> Follow up sales leads. 

Job Requirements


> Minimum 2 – 3 years sales experience.
> Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with customers.
> A team player who is able to work independently, multi-task, and manage time effectively in fast paced environment.
> Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level.
> Focus and be able to work independently.

Software System

Job Functions 
> Provide helpdesk support to clients on ERP and accounting software system.
> Assist clients to understand the basic system operation.
> Conduct software training on Accounting, Inventory and Operation modules.
> Provide support to clients in setting the Chart of Accounts, Balance Sheet, PL. 

Job Requirements


> Diploma in Accountancy or LCCI.
> Extensive hands-on experience with computerized accounting software.
> At least 2 years working experience handling full set of company accounts.
> Knowledge and experience with Accounting/ERP software would be an advantage.
> Basic computer knowledge (Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, MS Office, etc).
> Good communication skills and pleasant personality.
> Only Singaporeans and Singapore PRs need apply.
