Grab is rolling out online courses, masterclasses and webinars. IMDA has published an AI for Enterprise Impact Playbook. A two-day programme co-developed with SUTD will walk business owners from "what is AI" to a practical roadmap for their own operations. The infrastructure is serious, and the intent is real.

And yes — most SMEs will follow through. The appetite is there.
